  • Address specific health concerns as the need arises: gestational diabetes, anxiety, exercise, etc.
  • Support for meeting the demands of a new baby while still meeting your own health and wellness needs
  • Simple, nutritious recipes and meal planning tips to make healthy eating possible
  • How to have a healthy and active pregnancy and postpartum experience
  • Safe exercises for both pregnancy and postpartum
